My Article Express, commonly referred to as MAX, is a unique SEO article writing service because of its tight integration with the popular article distribution service, Unique Article Wizard (UAW). In fact, it is the only writing service that is actually integrated with UAW.

What this means is that you can upload a batch of articles that MAX has written directly into your UAW account. This is very cool because it eliminates the need to copy and paste which is a nice time and sanity saver.

This functionality is part of My Article Express’s well thought out and designed backend. It’s a snap to order and manage your articles with it. The best thing about it for me – other than the integration with Unique Article Wizard – is that you can see the details associated with every article that you’ve ordered in one place.

 

This is a very nice feature if you are likely to be placing multiple orders over time. They also allow you to archive (hide) whatever articles you wish – which allows each client to manage their article orders exactly as they wish.

As I said, it’s an unusually well thought out client interface for an internet marketing service.

However, there is only one problem …

The quality of their articles is horrible.

Spelling mistakes, incorrect grammar and typos are ‘par for the course’ for this service.

To be completely fair, they’re no worse than thousands of other seo article writing services – but that’s not saying much is it? LOL

However, what made my experience with them highly unusual is that one of the articles I ordered was about “local internet marketing”. I could be wrong but I assumed that was a widely understood term within the internet marketing community.

Local internet marketing is an umbrella term for any and all internet marketing that a brick and mortar business might engage in to drive traffic to their website OR physical location.

Certain internet marketing techniques, that are at the core of local internet marketing, are completely irrelevant to businesses that are only interested in marketing their websites.

One huge example of this is getting a business indexed and ranked on the map that Google displays when someone types in a search term such as “Chicago florist”.

The point is that one doesn’t need to know anything about how “local internet marketing” *works* – to understand what it *means*.

Getting back to my experience with MAX, the writer of the article returned to me, obviously didn’t have a clue as to what “local internet marketing” meant. That’s certainly no crime but instead of doing an incredibly modest amount of research to get a handle on the subject matter, he or she instead just made up their own definition!

The article that I got back was completely about multi level marketing! LOL

The bottom line is that I brought high hopes to the My Article Express service because of their integration with Unique Article Wizard and was incredibly disappointed. They got one part of the equation right but unfortunately it wasn’t the most important part!
